How a referral progresses

They are completing profile and verification.
Their identity verification passed.
They passed a project qualification.
They have at least one approved submission.
Referral rewards, where available, apply only after genuine qualification and approved work. Duplicate or fake accounts are removed, and abuse can disqualify both accounts.
