Is SideCash.ai real?
Yes. SideCash.ai is an AI data operations platform that recruits, trains, and pays contributors for verified AI data projects run for real clients. Every project on the platform has a named client engagement behind it, a defined quality process, and a transparent payout ledger. We never ask you to pay to join.
What kind of work will I do?
Two kinds today: video tagging (watching clips and adding accurate action labels with timestamps) and robotics household data collection (recording everyday home tasks like washing dishes or folding clothes with a wearable camera, under strict consent and privacy rules). More project categories are added as client demand grows.
When will I get paid?
After your work passes quality review and the payout is approved. Approved earnings appear in your ledger, are grouped into payout batches, and move through scheduled, processing, and paid states. You can track every state change with dates in your dashboard.
Why is KYC needed?
We collect identity and payout details only to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, and process approved payouts. Sensitive details are masked for most internal users; only a small compliance team can access documents, and every access is logged with a reason.
Is Aadhaar mandatory?
No. PAN-only verification is a fully supported route. Aadhaar, where supported, is handled through consent-based masked or offline verification routes only. SideCash.ai does not require broad storage of full Aadhaar numbers, and an alternate ID review route is available.
What happens if my task is rejected?
You see the reviewer's specific feedback in your submissions page. Many rejections allow correction and resubmission. If you believe a rejection is wrong, open a rejection dispute ticket within 7 days and a different reviewer re-checks the work.
